Heat transfer printing ribbon: a creative link in a colorful world
Heat transfer printing ribbon is a leader in ribbon printing technology. The main process is like a precision magic show: first, carefully designed patterns are printed on transfer paper using a printer, which are like spells waiting to be cast. Next, through the magical function of the press and ironing machine, the pattern on the transfer paper is accurately transferred to the ribbon under specific temperature, pressure, and time control. In this process, the colors of the pattern perfectly blend with the woven tape, as if they were already growing on it.
Taking polyester woven tape as an example, the most suitable process conditions for heat transfer printing are usually at 205 ℃ for 20-30 seconds. Under such conditions, the dye can fully sublimate and penetrate into the fibers of the woven tape, thereby achieving firm adhesion and realistic presentation of colors. But if the temperature and time are not properly controlled, such as under conditions of 170-180 ℃ and 10 seconds, the effect will be unsatisfactory; If the temperature is too high, such as at 230-240 ℃ for more than 40 seconds, the woven tape will feel rough and hard, and even close to melting. It can be seen that the heat transfer printing process requires extremely high precision control of parameters, and every detail is related to the quality of the final product.
